What Are The Positive Awards 2025?
The Positive Awards 2025 were created to highlight companies and organizations that drive positive change in society.
More than thirty finalists from different sectors shared a common goal: to demonstrate that innovation with purpose is not only possible but essential.

Education that Transforms
Since 2021, Advantere has aimed to be much more than a business school. Our methodology, Re-solutionary Learning, engages students from day one in real-world challenges with tangible impact, such as:
- Employment integration strategies for migrants with MAN Truck & Bus.
- Decarbonization plans with Prosegur Cash.
- Support tools for women survivors of gender-based violence with ECCA Social.
- Inclusive digital solutions with Moda-Re.
- Affordable housing and homelessness prevention initiatives with tuTechô.
This approach—together with our alliance with Comillas, Deusto y Georgetown University—strengthens an academic model where values, innovation, and action combine to shape conscious leaders.
A Recognition that Strengthens Our Mission
At the ceremony held in Madrid on September 22, our General Director, Dr. Juan de la Guardia, emphasized that:
“This award is the result of the effort of the entire Advantere team.”
He also reminded us of a key idea that defines our philosophy:
“We cannot give yesterday’s answers to today’s problems.”

The recognition from The Positive Awards 2025 reaffirms our conviction that another way of understanding education is possible.
At Advantere, to educate means to transform, and this award motivates us to keep building a model in which sustainability, social justice, and innovation drive the leadership of the future.
In recent years, our students have co-created socially and environmentally impactful solutions in collaboration with organizations such as TuTecho, Moda Re-, Cáritas, Impact Bridge, ECCA Social, UNICEF, Jesuit Refugee Service, MAN Truck & Bus, Prosegur Cash, and Entreculturas.
